Andrews (Andy) designs, manages, monitors and evaluates purpose-driven initiatives, programmes and social enterprises with Reach for Change, Ghana.

He contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in sub-Saharan Africa as an UNLEASH Ambassador. As the Chief Growth Officer of Max Labs, he leads the growth and scalability of local social innovators solving pressing social problems in Ghana.

Andy has experience working in diverse and complex contexts across the African startup, social entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. His skills and experience encompass entrepreneurship development planning, research, policy and advocacy, resource mobilisation, strategic planning, project management, concept development, report writing, public speaking, training/facilitation/moderation, and facilitating partnerships and negotiations.

Andy is passionate about young people, entrepreneurship development and social innovation. He has dedicated his professional life to supporting similar work and is always willing to volunteer in similar sectors across the world.
