      Kate Onsati is a seasoned operations and strategy specialist with over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector. She excels in standardising processes, fostering entrepreneurship, and representing organisational interests at both national and regional levels. Currently serving as the Operations Lead and Kenya Representative for Shift Impact Africa and the Shared Value Africa Initiative, Kate collaborates closely with the CEO to manage projects and drive entrepreneurial growth through training, mentorship, and strategic partnerships.

      Her notable achievements include standardising operational processes across multiple projects, successfully managing forums and training courses such as the African Entrepreneurship Forum and the African Gender Equality Forum, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance organisational objectives.

      Prior to her current role, Kate served as a Product and Project Manager and a Mentor at Danons High School, where she implemented impactful entrepreneurship workshops and expanded the institution’s scope. She also led initiatives to remodel procurement processes and enhance staff capabilities through new technologies.

      Kate’s educational background includes a master’s degree in International Conflict Management from the University of Nairobi and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University. She holds certifications in Managing Gender-Based Violence in Emergencies, PMP© Agile Project Management, and Product Management.

      With a strong skill set in operations management, project management, stakeholder relations, and entrepreneurship development, Kate is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to make a significant impact on the African continent.
