Khanyi Chaba is the Head of Responsible Business at Old Mutual Limited. She is qualified in Architectural Technology, Marketing Strategist, Business Management and Executive General Management. She attended the Cambridge Institute on Sustainable Leadership and has spent over 21 years in Financial Services firstly at Standard Bank and later at Old Mutual.

She served the Construction Industry for 15 years and was the Founder and Chairperson of South African Women in Construction (SAWIC), a board member of Construction Industry Development Board and Advisory Council Member to the Minister of Housing and Public Works.

She is the Trustee of the Dr Thandi Ndlovu Children Foundation and an ambassador for Smile Foundation,   anon – executive Director, Motheo Construction Group,  chairs the Social Ethics and Environmental Committee (SEEC),  Board member of the United Nations Global Compact (SA Networks) and the National Business Initiative (NBI).
