Regis Umugiraneza

Regis is the cofounder and director at CARL Group and vice chairman at Rwanda Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs at the Private Sector Federation of Rwanda. He brought about what was at first regarded as a “crazy idea”, making pastries out of sweet potatoes – something later proven to be possible, and where CARL Group stemmed from www.carlgroup.org . Regis identifies himself as having an entrepreneurial eye; and being an ambitious, patient and optimistic person. Regis hold a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and Agricultural Economics from the University of Rwanda.
