Tiekie Barnard is a visionary entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Shared Value Africa (formerly Shared Value Africa Initiative) and Shift Impact Africa. With a deep commitment to the African continent, Tiekie has focused her career on advancing the Shared Value Business Management concept, which aligns business success with social progress. She co-developed the first Harvard-aligned Shared Value executive training course tailored for Africa and maintains active partnerships with leading academic institutions across the continent.
